Hello!

My name is Tereza Alux and my mission is to help people and companies achieve their goals through design solutions.

Over the past 20 years I have been involved in teams designing digital products and services, focusing on creating the best possible user experience. I have directed my studies to understand human behavior through psychology and social sciences, to provide friendly experiences and to design products and services according to people's needs.

On personal side, I'm very curious, good humored and I'm always studying and sharing knowledge. I love meeting people, talk about possibilities, experiences and desirable futures. I have a special affection for issues related to diversity, equity, education, childhood preservation, animal protection and entrepreneurship. I'd like to make this world a little better than when I found it, so I often act as the change I'd like to see.

Currently I am a Design Leader at Petlove&Co, UX Professor and Global Director for Ladies That UX, a global community, friendly and informal, that encourages and promote skill and talent in user experience.
